Yes: You can have an MRI without a problem. If the MRI is looking around the area of the clavicle though, metal artifact will obscure the view and may make the MRI useless. An MRI of any other part of the body will be fine, safe with no problems.

Yes: Most metal implanted after the 1980s is MRI compatible.
