Sinuses: Most sinus symptoms are related to nasal allergies and i see you suffer from allergies, you need to consult an allergist and get them under control.

With hearing deficit: There are surgical procedure to the cochlea, that can be helpful- get pcp to refer you to otologist who does that type surgery.
