Sounds systemic: Your systems are consistent with small vessel disease and/or nerve issue, consider seeing your g. P. Or internist for initial blood work. Consider your family history. Consider diabetes or collagen vascular disease/ lupus or other. This is not a localized problem, it is something your body is trying to tell you.
