Post-herpetic neural: Post-herpectic neuralgia refers to burning, tingling, stinging, electrical shocky, icy cold pain in same area as healed shingles blisters. So it's difficult to explain why you're reporting symptoms at a distant site from your shingles. Poorly controlled diabetes? Vitamin B12 deficiency?
