A member asked:

Do you recommend using aspirin or paracetamol with gall bladder problems?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: Try Ibuprofen or naprosyn - they usually work well. I often prescribe donnatal (phenobarbital atropine hyoscyamine and scopolamine) for crampy pain until definitive treatment with gallbladder removal can be accomplished. See a general surgeon for a consultation to be sure.
