Vague: Treatment for headaches varies based on type of headache, location, duration, cause and age of the person. It varies from person to person even with exactly the same symptoms. See a doctor for a thorough history and exam.

Paracetamol/aspirin?: There is no such thing as "best" "better" or "worst" medication, only those that work and don't work, based on the patient's individual circumstances and genetics. See your PCP for evaluation and tests.

Depends: on which one works for you as long as there are no contraindications to you taking either one.
