Red eyes ; contacts: If you have significant eye redness while wearing contact lenses, there may be several possible causes. These include overwear of the lenses (eg if you don't throw them away regularly enough or if you sleep with them) and intolerance to the contact material. Drops merely cover up the redness but won't take care of the problem. Let your eye doctor know if you have problems with this.
