Pilates: Core exercises are simple and can be done anywhere. It is like sucking in your tummy for a photo. Engaging your core muscles by bringing your belly button to your spine in small increments also tucks (witch hazel) your tailbone forward which egages your gluteal muscles. The benefit is a tigher tummy and stronger back!
