More info is needed: Your pediatrician will evaluate the problem best. Sometimes new environments will have viruses that take time to develop antibodies to protect:; however fever and weight loss are a concern and need to be carefully evaluated. Weight loss may be associated with poor eating habits or even psychological issues with your child in a new environment. Good luck.
