A member asked:

Is there anything bad that can happen from eating cooked oysters for their iron? if so, how many oysters can you eat per week before it's unhealthy?

Oysters: I do not think there is a magic number on the amount you can eat. Raw oysters are probably more of an issues than cooked ones. Do not eat only for iron - eat for the developed taste and do not overeat. Also keep in mind the effects on your cholesterol which may be more of an issues in the long run.
