Go to a doctor!: I'm not sure what surgery you had, but the fact that you're having fever, chills and aches may be unrelated to the surgery, or it may be related. Since it's the second time it has happened, it's worth getting checked out again by a doctor to be sure you don't have a hidden infection related to your surgery.
