Lacrimal system: It would be important to have your lacrimal system checked out to make sure you do not have a lacrimal track lesion. Possible nasal mucousal bleeding with reflux back out of the lacrimal system. Please see your local oculoplastic surgeon for exam.

Blood pressure: You note bleeding in the eye, same eye each day. You may need to check your blood pressure. Also there could be irritation in the eye. Hope this helps.
