All could occur: After significant head trauma and especially if a loss of consciousness occurs bleeding into the head is a series risk. Symptoms of increasing headache, nausea, palpitations and elevated blood pressure are all signs of increase pressure in the skull which could be from bleeding. The presence of vomiting should be alarming. Someone should arouse you every 2 hrs. When you sleep after head trauma.
