Can an ultrasound detect ovarian cancer or uterine cancer?

Ultrasound: Ultrasound is reasonably good way to look at the ovaries. A transvaginal ultrasound can get a pretty good look at the endometrium. Hope this helps.

Ovarian/uterine CA: Ultrasound can detect ovarian mass and abnormal thickening of the uterine lining which may suggest uterine ca in the right clinical setting. May need further imaging and /or intervention if there are suspicious findings on ultrasound.
