Not necessarily: The autonomic dysfunction is a nuisance but the major variable is how your lupus is controlled.

Depends: Depends on how lupus is affecting you. Two people with lupus may not share a single problem. Some lupus problems require no treatment; others are life threatening. Within 2 years of onset, you will know the risks.
