I injured my left hand, xray is negative. i think its fracture bc after 3weeks it swollen, warm, red, slight fever. grabbing, holding, moving it hurts.

Get another x-ray: If you still have pain, and it is increasing, there is a chance you had a non displaced fracture that did not show up on initial x-ray. Consider a repeat x-ray about 2-3 weeks later. If still negative, consider soft tissue sprains that will take more time to heal. See a hand specialist if there is still concern.
