Test of cure: You can do a "test of cure" to check if the infection has been treated. But you don't necessarily need this, unless you have persistent symptoms. If you've been compliant with your medication, refrained from having sex within the week of treatment, partner has been treated, and with resolution of symptoms, then you will clear the infection. Always practice safe sex.
