Tested positive for chlamydia, took 2 azithromycin pills to clear it up. it is now day 3 of treatment and i noticed a red discharge. is this bad?

See doctor: Red (bloody?) discharge is rare in chlamydia, and especially uncommon 3 days after treatment. Return to your doctor for further evaluation. Probably not serious, but better safe than sorry. Good luck!
