Watch for any change: Small black spots(nevi) are common and mostly benign unless they are growing in size or changing in color(mixture of colors is worrisome for cancer). So you can watch for any changes over the next few months. If it enlorges in size or changes in color and size then you need to go see a doctor to make sure that it is not cancer..
