Probably not...: If you are feeling well, and your obstetrician believes all is well then those are relatively normal pregnancy values. Wouldn't worry too much about treating numbers without symptoms or findings.

Probably not: Mild anemia is common as pregnancy progresses. Iron and Folic Acid supplements are important during pregnancy. Regular appointments with an obstetrician through pregnancy is the best way to determine if a problem is present.
