Done sonography they said i got hemmorogic cysts dr givn conceptive pills for 2 months it will go n i want to concieve ..have pcos wht to do?

Hard to say: Hemorrhagic cysts will often resolve on their own with or without birth control pills, though the pills might speed up the process. You may want to consider asking your doctor to wait a month rather than 2 before starting Clomid (clomiphene) to see if the cysts resolve sooner. Either way, it will only delay pregnancy by another month.
