What %of women with pcos conceive naturally.also what is the success rate in early detection of it and treating it with the pill to stop further cysts?

Not many: Not many will conceive, although some do. Pcos and infertility from it is relative, not consistent. The only "natural" therapy is diet, exercise and weight loss. Rx with metformin can help many restore normal menses and fertility. Other drugs are available to lower testosterone in necessary or to stimulate fertility. Check w/your doctor. Don't worry about the cysts, ovarian cysts are natural.
