Sure: I'd recommend you thaw it in a refrigerated environment or a microwave, not at room temperature to avoid bacterial growth in the meat.

YES!!!: Bacon freezes very well and can be stored for a long time. Thaw it out on the counter for a short while, but better yet in the refrigerator. If you microwave thaw, be sure to keep an eye on it as this is usually not an even traw and some parts may start to cook.
