Pregnancy graves: It is difficult to conceive when uncontrolled graves and higher fetal loss control graves well with oral medicine called ptu (propylthiouracil) and after well controlled you can conceive and carry to full term be followed by endocrinologist carefully while pregnant baby on delivery may have short term thyroid issues you can also be treated with radioactive iodine and wait 6 months after and then get pregnant.
