Why untreated?: Do you not have a physician looking after you for your pregnancy? Why is your condition not treated at this time? Untreated Graves disease can affect the pregnancy but it really depends on a lot of factors and the severity of the problem. It is also as possible that your baby will be fine. However, the bottom line is you should get on to proper treatment.
