Exercise & eat less: It's that simple! for a well-designed program, see a professional trainer but you don't have to get that fancy. Whatever program you use, just don't injure yourself. If you have medical issues, consult your doctor before starting a program. Keep a food diary to see how many calories and what kind you're eating and start out by walking. You can build on that.
