No quick fix here...: Sorry to let you down, but your best bet is a diet high in vegetables, fruit, whole grains, and low fat sources of protein. Exercise is critical to maintaining weight loss. Looking for a quick answer will get you only short-term results. Good luck. Lgromko md.

Pills aren't best: answer. List - Alli, Xenical (orlistat),Meridia (sibutramine), Adipex-P (phentermine) and Sanorex (mazindol).To lose weight insure that calories burned > calories consumed. Drink at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water per day. Try for 8 hours of sleep/night. Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 servings of fruit per day. Use whole grain when possible. Avoid sodas, alcohol & junk carbohydrate
