Weight loss is best: Achieved by changing eating habits to decrease caloric intake & by exercise to burn calories. Diet pills usually contain caffeine &/or guarana (another stimulant). Reduce size of portions; avoid high glycemic carbs, lean proteins, good fats, whole grains, low-fat dairy. Try 4-6 mini-meals a day rather than 3 large ones. Try to exercise 30 minutes a day (walking, water exercise both good).
