Potential recurrence: Most likely causation secondary to atherosclerotic area in your brain, but medication reactions cannot be excluded, and sleep apnea also a consideration. A normal MRI does not remove future seizure risks, and i would suggest prudence here. An anti-seizure medicine would be useful. A full neurological assessment is advised.
