Painful rash (sp)?: Sorry to hear about your rash. There are lots of causes for rashes in this location - i would recommend seeing your primary care physician or an urgent care to get a better idea what the cause is based on appearance and other symptoms. I have seen impetigo, yeast /fungal and viral skin infections in this location, and allergic rea so it takes a good clinician to determine what treatment you need.
