Everyone has them: Everyone has nasolabial folds- they are a part of the face. However as skin ages they may become more visible. There aren't facial exercise to change them. However you are more prone to wrinkles if you are out in the sun without sun protection- like a hat/sunscreen or are a cigarette/cigar smoker. A plastic surgeon or dermatologist can make specific recommendations abt skin care, discuss options.
