No pills that work: Sorry, there are no medications that cause breast enlargement unless you gain weight every where.

Breast Enhancement: Medication is not used for breast enhancement as the effects of these hormones only last as long as you take the medication and there is the potential for serious side effects such as blood clots and cancer. Breast implants or fat grafts are the only acceptable means for cosmetic breast enhancement. Consult with a surgeon certified by the american board of plastic surgery.

?Brava/Bra/ ^ weight: The non surgical options for fixing small or sagging breasts are limited to external things like padded bras, generalized weight gain with probable limited success and then a combination therapy using an external device like the brava system to increase breast size by negative pressure or suction. Obviously these have limitations and most women opt for a surgical correction with good results.

Wishful thinking!: Oh if it were only that easy! however the current options for breast augmentation allow for fairly quick recovery within 3 to 5 days and include enhancement via augmentation or smaller enhancement via utilization of your own fat. Also, as previously mentioned, the brava system allows for noninvasive, small volume enhancement but, the device is cumbersome, uncomfortable, and must be worn 6-8 wks.
