Hello. : Hello. I know of no ways other than hormones or surgery for an anatomic male to have breasts like a woman. There are specialty bra shops that cater to individuals with specialized needs. They could help fit you with a bra that has inserts. While this would not give you breasts like a woman, it would provide a more feminine shape while in clothing.

Hormones : Hormones (pills) are the treatment for what you seek. Of course anything that causes such a significant change in your body will carry with it a risk of various side effects. You will need to do an analysis of the potential risks, v. Benefits of what you are wanting. You need to do some homework, researching the issue right here on the internet, but not without then getting with a physician - preferably an endocrinologist - for help sorting out fact from fiction. You will need to see a psychiatrist for, at the very least, an evaluation, before any ethical doctor is going to provide you with the treatment you seek. What you are proposing is generally what's done as the first step in so called "gender reassignment". Please don't think that i'm saying you shouldn't do what you are suggesting, but I am saying that i believe it is really important that you are able to access why it is that you want to do it, and that you are willing to take a good hard look at the big picture of your life, and how the changes you are proposing will impact on your overall lifestyle and quality of life. For example, the first, most obvious question you will need to answer is whether this is in fact part of a bigger wish to be a woman, rather than a man, or if not that, then what...? Either way, it would be best if you had a "safe place" (e.g.With a therapist you feel comfortable with) who could help you to process those thoughts and feelings. What dr. Fowler mentioned may be useful on a number of levels, if only as a sort of "dry run", but again, the maximum benefit would come from having someone with whom to process your feelings about the whole thing... Good luck on your journey...

You cant: There is no safe way to grow or reduce breasts... Whether with supplements or medications. Augmentation with a plastic surgeon is the only safe way.
