Need pain meds: Post incision and drainage may have pain. If worsening return to the urgent care center or call them.

Surgery hurts: This is normal. You just had surgery to drain an abscess. Pain is your bodies way of telling you to take it easy while it heals. Its going to take some tie to heal. Follow your doctors instructions. If the area becomes more swollen or painful, see your doctor for a reevaluation.
