Vitamin D RDA: The rda for vitamin d for adults through age 70 is 600 iu, which increases to 800 iu after age 71. For pregnant and lactating mothers, intake of 600 iu is recommended.

New recommendation: Is 2000iu of d3 per day, but the current mdr is only 400iu. Only prenatals have more than 400iu.
