Blue Lips: When you are in cold surroundings, the blood vessels in your skin become narrower. This narrowing reduces the amount of heat lost through your skin and channels more blood to the internal organs that run your body. When the blood vessels in your skin contract, it loses its usual pinkish color-a color that comes from the regular supply of red blood flowing through it-and you appear pale.

Vasospasm: This is a vasospastic response. May be related to raynaud's phenomenon. Workup to assure no underlying cause would be reasonable.
