Likely muscle spasm: For your age, this pain is likely due to a muscle spasm. Take an over the counter analgesic such as tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen. Try stretching and heat. If it does not resolve, see your doctor for possible muscle relaxant for a few days and physical therapy.
