Today morning there was a tiny drop of blood which was clotted and it sticking on my left bottom eyelid between eyelashes. is this a disease symptom?

No: Without any other symptoms it would be difficult to diagnose. Any nosebleed could reflux blood to the inside corner of the eyelid. If it happens again take a picture of it and get it checked.
