Maybe not bacteria: Uti or urinary tract infection, is due to bacteria, 99% of the time. Sometimes when women take an antibiotic it can cause a yeast infection. I'm betting that the spots on your labia are more likely a yeast infection. If you're worried about std, though, and dr didn't check you for that, make sure you get tested for these spots. Otherwise, try otc anti-fungal and see if works, if not, then see dr.
