See your Dr or GI Dr: Sounds like bad reflux, since you aren't reporting pain, which could add hiatal hernia, esophageal diverticulum, and some others to the list. You should see your dr or a gastroenterologist, who may do an upper-gi study to see what goes where, or possibly an endoscopy. For now, smaller portions, chewed well ; remain upright (=don't lie back/down) for at least 30 min after meals.

See your pcp.: The sensation of food sticking in the throat or the chest is called dysphagia. It could be(oropharyngeal / esophageal causes) due to obstructive causes like a narrowing in the neck(bony growths from the cervical vertebra due to asthritis) or the food pipe, or it can be due to faulty propagation of food in the food pipe. Please see your pcp to see if you need to see an ENT or a GI physician.

Needs evaluation: I would go in for an evaluation. Your problems with fluids mean you will eventually become dehydrated & need hospital based care. You likely need to have your swallow tube examined with a scope to see if there is anything there, like a sore or object. Go in now.
