Back pain : Back pain is very common in pregnancy -- an almost universal side effect of growing a human inside your body. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is the first line medication. Stretching, yoga and increasing exercise can often help.Wearing correct shoes with good support can help. A cushion between the knees at night sometimes works. A local chiropractor trained in the unique aspects of pregnancy care can be a big help.
