Unusual to gag: You are otherwise healthy female 26 years old. You have daily gagging and nausea. It is unusual. Most common would be pregnancy or acute viral illness or allergy. Would repeat pregnancy test. If negative you can try allergy medicine like Claritin or benadryl (diphenhydramine). Try for a week. If you choose Benadryl (diphenhydramine) then no driving or heavy machinery.
