Can be normal: The symptoms you experience in early pregnancy can be different each time. 4 weeks from your last menstrual period is only 2 weeks from conception. Its not uncommon to have few symptoms during this time. Nausea and vomiting tend to correlate with high HCG (pregnancy hormone) levels which double every 48 hours in early pregnancy.

Sounds normal: Breast soreness, fatigue and urinary frequency are common symptoms of early pregnancy. Although morning sickness also occurs during the first 3 months, not every pregnant woman will experience that. Good luck, hope you continue to feel well throughout!
