How hard do you have to hit your head to get a concussion? I got a terrible headache doing a forward roll on a gymnastics spring floor 3 days ago. I still dont feel right but the headache was only a day. Could this be a concussion or just a anxiety?
Fainted from seeing blood. Was out at least 30 seconds. Hit head on hard surface. No memory loss or major pain. But slight headache and nausea. Should I get checked for Concussion? ER didnt seem too concerned.
