Not specifically: Croup is a phenomenon of flexible (rubbery) airways and kids that accumulate mucous just below the vocal cords in several respiratory viruses. Some kids are more prone to it than others and most will have it at least once in childhood. Older kids and adults often just have voice changes and a cough with the same virus. This is due to a stiffening of the structures involved.
