Nausea after eating: Nausea and vomiting after eating is very suspicious for an acid related problem such as an ulcer or gastritis a course of otc antacids - if they help - will prove the answer if the vomiting and nausea gets any worse go to your doctor or the er.

Lots of reasons: Nausea and vomiting can be caused by many different reasons from infections to gastroparesis. The parathyroid glands are responsible for calcium metabolism in the body. If your calcium is too high or too low, it can cause gut motility issues which could result in nausea and vomiting. You should see your doctor for a diagnosis.
