Metabolic problem?: Your constellation of symptoms could reflect possible diabetes, hypothyroidism, hormonal changes. I would recommend making an appointment with your pcp for lab studies asap.

Normal blood sugar?: It would help if you started off saying that you'd been to the doctor where they took a careful history, performed a careful/thorough physical exam, ordered lab tests... And found nothing abnormal! then we could look at "stress" and psychological issues... But there are many endocrine conditions that can lead to your symptoms and they must be eliminated from the list of possibilities first!

See your doctor: Why haven't you already seen your doctor? You could have one of a variety of medical or psychological problems that need diagnosis and treatment, particularly if you have a family history of diabetes and are overweight.
