I had a mri on my brain and the radiol said i have a 1.5mm spot that he attributed to an old hemmorage and isnt concerned. is this worth further exam?

Not really: You might discuss with your doctor, but would not necessarily pursue old problem which could have been associated with prior head trauma, or even an infection, unless new symptoms correlate with the discovered lesion.
