Palate surgery: How long ago was it done? If very recently, just wait and it should heal up fine. As you know, we often feel worse just after surgery than before. It's just part of the normal post-operative period of recovery. If not recently and\or your concerned, discuss it with the surgeon who treated you. Feel better soon.

It takes time: Any surgery on bone in the jaws is painful afterwards. Take the medications prescribed by the dentist and know that the pain will soon go away.
