I take 1200 mg/day of gabapentin for neuropathic burning shoulder pain that also has pain from rotator cuff pain. but it still burns. any advice?

Increase or switch: Gabapentin 1200mg three times a day there are othe rpharmacologic options for neuropathic pain, including lyrica, (pregabalin) tegretal and elavil. Other options exist which you can discuss with your physician. Good luck.
